Welcome to Churchill Gardens Residents Association

A registered, charitable, voluntary independent group of residents from Churchill Gardens and Russell House, formed some 75 years ago. Our aims are to enhance and wherever possible better living standards, improving our neighbourhood and organising community activities for all residents on both estates by working with residents, WCC, the local Police and other organisations.

We work to promote the benefit of the residents in the area of benefit without distinctions of sex, race, political or religion and people with disabilities. To provide a building and facilities for all residents to enjoy and act as an umbrella or resource body. To encourage all residents in the area to join with us as a community.

Become a member of the Residents Association

Joining the Residents’ Association is free and importantly it gives you, the residents a collective voice to influencing local decisions, improving our community, and ensuring that Westminster City Council hear and respond to our issues and problems – this will help us make sure that things get done rather than being ignored.

As a recognised Residents Association, we can raise concerns with the council and the local Police which helps us lobby to achieve real improvements and changes that might not happen otherwise. We are a key point of contact for the council, ensuring that the needs and opinions of residents are considered, especially during major local projects or when consultation is needed.

If you would like to become a member of the Residents Association, simply email churchillgardensra@gmail.com with your name and address.

You don’t have to do anything; your committee does this for you. For us to be recognised, we need you to join as a member. We will then send you confirmation and you can let us know if you are interested in receiving emails from us.

Your membership is vital to help us grow a vibrant and inclusive community on our great estates of Churchill Gardens and Russell House. We all love living here so let’s support each other.
